The plan has been developed by the Balnarring Beach Foreshore and Parks Reserve Committee of Management (CoM) Inc. in consultation with the Department of Environment and Primary Industries (DEPI).

The Vision is “A self-sustaining Reserve in near-natural condition which meets the growing recreational and environmental needs of the community in a cost-effective manner.”

The CoM and DEPI have considered comments from interested members of the public and a final Management Plan has been submitted to the Minister for approval.
